About us
Our Story
Established in 1919 when Angela's grandparents immigrated from a small village (Salsominore) in Northern Italy. The 32 acre farm back then and now provides hay to local small farms, maple syrup and a market garden. The farm has also been home to many unwanted horses allowing them to live out their lives safe and comfortable.
Meet the people behind your food
Randy McLean and Angela Gulielmetti inherited the family farm back in 2010 when her father, George, passed away. Angela, who grew up on the farm, continues to teach both at Cheshire Public Schools and CCSU. Randy is retired from the Natural Foods Industry and has been farming the 32 acre farm, preserving the Gulielmetti traditions.
